Set brokerage to an integer from 0 through 100. The endpoint is available to registered SR candidates, including current SRs and SR Partners. This value is the percentage of the candidate's block production and voting rewards retained by the candidate; the remainder is distributed to voters.
After the transaction executes successfully in a block, the first subsequent maintenance update copies the new value into the new-cycle snapshot. If that same block triggers maintenance, the new value is included in that update. Until then, the current snapshot remains in use. The new percentage applies to both block production and voting rewards in the new cycle.
