account_id is an optional, one-time identifier set by the account; it is not the account address. It consists of 8–32 bytes of printable ASCII characters and cannot contain spaces. With visible=true, pass the text. With the default visible=false, pass those bytes as a hexadecimal string. Accounts that have not set an account ID cannot be retrieved through this endpoint.

The response has the same structure as GetAccount, but the lookup key is account_id and the result comes from the solidified state.
