account_id is an optional identifier that can be set once. It is not the account address. With visible=true, pass the ID as text. With visible=false (the default), pass the hex encoding of that text.

If you have an account address instead, use GetAccount. To look up the account by ID against solidified state, use /walletsolidity/getaccountbyid.
