Rate Limits

TronGrid rate limits are triggered by daily quota exhaustion or per-second request frequency.

TronGrid rate limits are triggered in two common situations:

  1. When usage exceeds the allowed daily total, requests are restricted to a very low frequency, such as 1 request per second. Requests beyond that limit are denied.
  2. When usage is still below the daily total, request frequency is limited, such as 30 requests per second. Exceeding the per-second limit can trigger a short penalty window in which the service does not respond.
