eth_getBlockTransactionCountByNumber

Parameters

1. QUANTITY|TAG - A non-negative block height in decimal or 0x-prefixed hexadecimal, or one of the tags earliest, latest, and finalized. earliest selects the genesis block, latest the current head block, and finalized the latest solidified block. The pending and safe tags are not supported and return an invalid-parameters error.
